Amazing Earthfest

Katie has served as a member of the Kane County SAR team since 2019. In addition to her PSAR volunteer work, she serves as an active rescue member and on its leadership team. She also previously conducted PSAR and rescue activities in Yosemite National Park. In her professional life, she works in operations and communications for two non-profits supporting national parks. Katie worked in outdoor education for many years and loves nothing more than sharing a good yarn of woe in the outdoors, particularly when people can learn lessons from those tales.
